1. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packing, and preparation for shipment.
Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, seasonal promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
2. Shipping Time
Standard delivery usually takes 8–12 business days after your order has shipped. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier schedule, customs checks, weather conditions, local delivery operations, or other factors beyond our control.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Order processing usually takes 2–4 business days, and shipping usually takes 8–12 business days after shipment. In most cases, your order may arrive within approximately 10–16 business days from the order date.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations where shipping service is available. Shipping availability, delivery time, and shipping fees may vary depending on your location.
If your address is not supported at checkout, please contact us for assistance before placing your order.
4. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on orders over $79. For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
Promotional shipping offers may change from time to time and may be subject to order value, destination, or campaign conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folder if you do not see the tracking email.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the shipping label is created. If your tracking has not updated immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier system to refresh.
6. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to inventory availability, warehouse processing, or package size limitations. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.
There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments caused by our fulfillment process.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Ravessia is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once the package has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
8. PO Boxes and Remote Areas
Some carriers may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses, remote areas, or certain restricted locations. If there is an issue with your shipping address, our support team may contact you for an alternative address.
Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees may apply depending on your country or region. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also cause delivery delays that are outside of our control.
10. Delivery Delays
While we work with shipping partners to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can help review the shipment status.
11. Lost Packages
If your tracking information does not update for an extended period or your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will help review the tracking details and may assist with a carrier inquiry where possible.
Depending on the shipping status and investigation result, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
12. Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front door, porch, parcel locker, building reception, neighbors, household members, or local carrier office.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and tracking number. We will help review the delivery information and assist with a carrier inquiry where possible.
13. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs fees, or customer refusal, any related shipping fees, return fees, or carrier charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Please monitor your tracking information and contact the carrier promptly if delivery action is required.
14. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged item, then contact us as soon as possible. This helps us review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
