Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Ravessia pieces. If something is not right, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage, and in its original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.
Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags or packaging where applicable. Please contact us before sending any item back.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at michelleallison2198@outlook.com with the following information:
- Your order number;
- The email address used at checkout;
- The item you would like to return;
- The reason for return;
- Clear photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return tracking number until your return has been received and processed. Ravessia is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for us to process your refund after the returned item is received. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
5. Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
If your order qualified for free shipping and you return items that cause the order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or an alternative item where applicable.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible defect or issue. Once verified, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Items marked as final sale;
- Gift cards;
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery;
- Items with stains, odors, makeup marks, deodorant marks, perfume, or pet hair;
- Items returned without authorization;
- Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories where applicable.
9. Size and Fit Returns
We provide size charts and fit notes on product pages to help you choose the right size. Because fit can vary depending on style, fabric, body shape, and personal preference, we recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing an order.
Size-related returns may be accepted within the return window if the item meets our return condition requirements. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrectly labeled or sent in the wrong size due to our error.
10. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may request a return after delivery according to this policy.
11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may deduct shipping fees, return shipping fees, or related carrier charges from any refund where applicable.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
12. Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check your mailbox, front door, porch, parcel locker, building reception, neighbors, household members, or local carrier office.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will help review the delivery information and may assist with a carrier inquiry where possible.
13. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account again and contact your payment provider or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.
14. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if we detect misuse of our return policy, including excessive returns, fraudulent claims, altered items, false damage claims, or unauthorized returns.
